G City Ltd. announces a mandatory public tender offer for Citycon Oyj

Roschier represents G City Ltd. in the mandatory public tender offer for all shares and stock options in Citycon Oyj.

In the tender offer, the shareholders of Citycon are offered EUR 4.00 in cash for each share. The tender offer values Citycon’s equity at approximately 734 million euro. The tender offer is currently expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026.
