- Faron in its rights offering of approximately EUR 40.1 million in Finland and the United Kingdom;
- The Advent and Cinven-led consortium on EUR 29.4 billion KONE – TK Elevator combination;
- G City Ltd. in the mandatory public tender offer for Citycon Oyj;
- Kojamo plc and its wholly owned subsidiary Lumo Kodit Oy in the landmark acquisition of a large Finnish housing portfolio owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company as well as financing of the transaction through issuance of special rights entitling to shares and acquisition financing facility of EUR 600 million; and
- Posti Group Corporation on its landmark initial public offering and listing of shares on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
