- Bahnhof and its independent board of directors in connection with Telenor Group’s acquisition of a controlling stake in Bahnhof, valuing the company at SEK 6.1 billion;
- The Consortium, acting through Riesling Ventures AB, in connection with a recommended SEK 3.5 billion public offer for Viva Wine Group AB;
- G City Ltd. in the mandatory public tender offer for Citycon Oyj;
- Nordic Infrastructure AG’s acquisition, in partnership with PATRIZIA SE, of the district heating business of the Statkraft Group in Sweden and Norway; and
- CVC on the extension of its partnership with Ahlsell through selected group of blue-chip investors joining Ahlsell’s shareholder base.
