Miia-Mari Kasi is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring practice. Her experience includes advising financial institutions, sponsors, and borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions in the field of finance and debt capital markets, including real estate, acquisition, and project finance as well as general corporate lending. She regularly also advises clients on financial regulation, netting and derivatives, and has completed a secondment to a major Nordic bank. Miia-Mari joined Roschier in 2020
