Terveystalo to acquire Silmäasema

Roschier advised Coronaria Oy on the sale of Silmäasema Oy to Terveystalo Oyj and its subsidiary Terveystalo Healthcare Oy.

Upon completion of the transaction, Coronaria is expected to become Terveystalo’s largest shareholder. The transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, authorization by Terveystalo’s extraordinary general meeting for the issuance of the consideration shares, and other customary closing conditions.
