Posti’s landmark initial public offering and listing on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki has been successfully completed. The offering comprised a secondary sale by Posti’s sole shareholder, the State of Finland, and a personnel offering by Posti. The Company’s market capitalization is approximately EUR 303 million immediately following the offering. Roschier acted as legal advisor to Posti.

Demand in the offering was strong from both Finnish and international investors and the offering was oversubscribed. In the offering, Posti gained more than 12,100 new shareholders, including both international and domestic institutions as well as over 1,100 employee shareholders.

Posti is one of the leading delivery and fulfillment companies operating in Finland, Sweden and the Baltic countries. Posti offers services in three business areas: Postal Services, eCommerce and Delivery Services, and Fulfillment and Logistics Services.
