Norwegian acquires Nordic Leisure Travel Group

Roschier, together with Wikborg Rein and Kromann Reumert, advised Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (“Norwegian”) on its approx. SEK 7.94 billion acquisition of Nordic Leisure Travel Group (“NLTG”).

NLTG is the leading hotel and leisure travel experiences company in the Nordics. The transaction brings together household-names and award-winning brands such as Ving, Spies, Tjäreborg, Globetrotter and Sunclass Airlines with Norwegian and Widerøe. The acquisition comprises a cash component of SEK 3.5 billion and 300 million consideration shares in Norwegian.

The transaction is conditional upon customary regulatory approvals.
