Milja Stålhand’ experience includes advising:

• Kojamo plc and its wholly owned subsidiary Lumo Kodit Oy in the landmark acquisition of a large Finnish housing portfolio owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company as well as financing of the transaction through issuance of special rights entitling to shares and acquisition financing facility of EUR 600 million;
• Mandatum in its launch of a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing to invest in residential properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with an initial acquisition of around 360 units across seven high-quality residential properties located in fast-growing areas within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa;
• Deka Immobilien in the sale of the Kalasatama health and wellbeing center property to VVT Property Fund II Ky;
• Cibus in the acquisition of six Finnish daily-goods properties for an underlying property value of approx. EUR 61.4 million through two separate transactions;
• HGR Property Partners’s divestment of two major development projects in Helsinki and Espoo to Public Property Invest ASA.
