Cross-border seminar on cross-border investigations, enforcement and compliance risks and their impact on Nordic companies

Together with law firm Paul Hastings and Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA), Roschier will hold two half-day seminars, one in Helsinki and one in Stockholm, exploring topical issues relating to international investigations, enforcement and compliance risks from the perspective of Nordic companies.

This event is designed for legal and compliance executives, and will be led by recognized Nordic, U.S. and UK-based anti-corruption, international enforcement and compliance/crime investigations practitioners who are on the front lines of dealing with cross-border investigations, enforcement and compliance matters posing risks to their clients.

Some of the topics discussed will be recent investigations by foreign authorities of Nordic companies and financial institutions, how compliance risks impact Nordic companies and financial institutions and their foreign subsidiaries and how to deal with these risks in practice. We will also discuss international law enforcement expectations, evolving international enforcement risks and practical tips for preparing for and handling investigations from a Nordic perspective.
