SGL Group ApS issues EUR 300 million senior secured bonds

Roschier has acted as legal advisor in connection with SGL Group ApS’ issuance of EUR 300 million senior secured bonds.

The new bonds will rank pari passu with SGL Group ApS’ existing senior secured bonds, being the EUR 600,000,000 senior secured bonds issued on 22 April 2024 and the EUR 375,000,000 senior secured bonds issued on 24 February 2025 under a EUR 600,000,000 framework.
