- Pareto Securities AB as sole global coordinator, and Pareto Securities AB and ABG Sundal Collier ASA as joint bookrunners, in connection with NES Fircroft Bondco AS’s USD 650 million issuance of senior secured callable bonds under a framework of USD 1.25 billion;
- Pareto Securities AB as sole bookrunner on Secop Group Holding GmbH’s EUR 60 million issuance of senior secured bonds under a framework of EUR 90 million;
- Pareto Securities AB, a Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner, on Canada Cartage Corporation’s successful issuance of USD 400 million senior secured bonds;
