Hampus Rask’s experience includes advising:
- The lenders in connection with the financing for Ambienta’s acquisition of all shares in No Dig Alliance from Equip Capital and several minority sellers;
- One Equity Partners and their portfolio company Muehlhan on its successful issuance of EUR 250 million senior secured bonds and a super senior RCF financing;
- Pareto Securities and DNB Carnegie Investment Bank, as joint bookrunners, in connection with the EUR 225 million senior secured bond issue by Azerion Group N.V.
- the lenders in connection with Stirling Square, TA and Macquarie Capital’s recommended public cash offer for Byggfakta;
- Genesta in the acquisition of a logistics property from ICA Real Estate;
- on Skill BidCo ApS’ EUR 750,000,000 senior secured bond issue within a framework of EUR 1,150,000,000 in connection with CVC Capital Partners’ acquisition of Scan Global Logistics with Pareto Securities as sole bookrunner and global coordinator;
- GRO Capital in its acquisition of Netigate.
