Roschier maintains leading positions in the 2026 IFLR1000 rankings

We maintained our strong positions in the 2026 edition of IFLR1000, with Tier 1 rankings across practices in Finland and Sweden. The results reflect the firm’s consistent performance in complex and strategically important transactions.

In Finland, Roschier is ranked Tier 1 in Banking and Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A and Project Development. The firm retained all its practice rankings from the previous year.  

In Sweden, Roschier is ranked Tier 1 in Banking and Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity, and Restructuring and Insolvency. The firm is also ranked Tier 3 in Project Development and Active in Structured Finance and Securitization. Private Equity was included as a separate Swedish category for the first time this year, with Roschier receiving a Tier 1 ranking.  

 The results reflect our continued strong performance. Roschier has been ranked Tier 1 in both M&A and Banking and Finance in Finland and Sweden every year since 2017, when IFLR1000 was introduced in the Nordics. In Sweden, Roschier has also held Tier 1 positions in both Debt and Equity Capital Markets since 2020. 

Several lawyers also received new or broader individual recognition. 

Finland

– Jouni Salmi and Wilhelm Eklund, partners in our M&A practice, are recognized for Corporate and M&A as well as Private Equity. 

Sweden

The following partners in our M&A practice received individual recognition:

– Jens Bengtsson is recognized as a Market Leader in Corporate and M&A. 
– Björn Winström is ranked Highly Regarded in Corporate and M&A. 
– Markus Olsson enters the ranking as a Notable Practitioner in M&A. 
– Veronica Stiller, a partner in our Finance & Restructuring practice, is recognized as a Notable Practitioner in Banking and Finance.
