Roschier advised Deutsche Bank on EcoDataCenter’s €600 million debt financing

Roschier advised Deutsche Bank Private Credit and Infrastructure in connection with the EUR 600 million debt financing provided to EcoDataCenter, a Swedish data center company focused on scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure.

The financing will support EcoDataCenter’s continued expansion and investment in sustainable data center solutions across the Nordics.

EcoDataCenter is owned by Swedish fund manager Areim AB and aims to be the leading provider of secure and environmentally responsible data center services in the region.
