- Arctic Securities and Danske Bank as the joint bookrunners, on FSN Capital portfolio company BoldR Group’s issuance of EUR 110 million senior secured bonds;
- Deutsche Bank on EcoDataCenter’s €600 million debt financing;KKR in its forward funding of a new multifamily development in Täby;
- RCF Steering Committee on Intrum’s EUR 4.5 billion recapitalisation transaction;
- the bondholders in the restructuring of YA Holding and Yrkesakademin; and
- Citycon in the acquisition of the remaining 50% share in Kista Galleria.
