Reaktor listed on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki

Reaktor Group Plc has carried out an initial public offering and listing of its shares on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki. Demand in the offering was strong and the offering was oversubscribed. Reaktor’s market capitalization is approximately EUR 210 million immediately following the offering. Roschier acted as legal adviser to Reaktor.

Reaktor is a Finnish globally operating technology company that designs, builds and sells software products and digital solutions.

The prospectus prepared in connection with the offering and listing was drawn up as an EU IPO prospectus introduced by the EU Listing Act.
