New Counsel joins Finance & Restructuring in Sweden

We are pleased to announce a new appointment in our Finance & Restructuring team in Sweden.

Jon Pettersson joins us 2 February as Counsel, bringing a wealth of experience from leading roles in the Nordic financial sector, most recently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Nordea since 2021. His background also includes several years as a Senior Associate at another law firm and legal positions at both SEB and Nordea. With his cross-border experience, he will be a valuable asset to our Finance & Restructuring teams in both Sweden and Finland.

His combination of deep legal knowledge and practical, in-house experience will further strengthen our team’s ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
