Jon is a Stockholm‑based counsel whose practice spans the full spectrum of debt financing. He advises on leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, fund finance and debt capital markets products, with a primary focus on balance‑sheet lending activities.

Jon brings extensive experience from large international debt transactions, gained over several years as a senior legal counsel at the largest bank in the Nordics, where he was covering the leveraged finance portfolio. His previous experience includes working at another leading law firm in Sweden and, prior to that, serving as a law clerk at a district court.
