Roschier advised Meanings Capital Partners in connection with its investment in Airon, a Swedish company owning and operating purpose-built data centers for AI. The investment was made through Meanings Infrastructure Fund, a value-add fund classified as an Article 9 fund under the SFDR. The fund is committed to sustainable investments and, among other things, digital and energy efficiency infrastructure projects.
The initial investment will go towards expanding Airon’s existing data center in Lidköping with significantly increased capacity already this autumn. Airon is also developing two additional data centers in the same region, with the aim of scaling toward 24 MW of operational capacity.
Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Lisa Hybbinette, Fredrik Mandelholm, Carl Svensson, Jack Leek, and Daniel Broström-Snäll Kalayjian.
