Carl Svensson is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate in Roschier’s Real Estate and Data Center practices. He advises sponsors and institutional investors on commercial real estate transactions and digital infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on data center developments and investments.
His experience includes acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, and a broad range of corporate matters. Carl has also gained in-house experience as a visiting lawyer in the investment management department of one of Europe’s largest pension funds.
Carl joined Roschier in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than four years with another leading law firm in Stockholm.

- Lynea on its acquisition of two residential projects comprising 80 newly produced townhouses in Greater Stockholm;
- KKR in its forward funding of a new multifamily development in Täby;
- GREYKITE in its debut Swedish portfolio acquisition and establishment of a joint venture ownership structure with Broadgate;
- Alecta Fastigheter in a combined sale and purchase deal including two assets in Stockholm CBD with M&G Real Estate;
- KKR in its investment in a Stockholm housing development project;
- A consortium of Swedish pension funds and management in the divestment of a pan-Nordic hotel portfolio;
