Loomis acquires Hermes Transportes Blindados with financing arranged by Nordea Bank and Société Générale

Roschier has advised Nordea Bank and Société Générale in connection with the financing of Loomis AB’s acquisition of Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A., a Peru-based cash and valuables management company whose shares are listed on the Lima Stock Exchange, through a public tender offer.

Nordea Bank and Société Générale acted as bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers in connection with the acquisition financing, which included a committed bridge facility and guarantee facility.

Loomis is a global provider of secure and efficient high-security logistics and comprehensive payments management, including transportation, processing and storage of cash and valuables. Loomis AB is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large-Cap list.
