DigitalBridge sells Digita Group to GI Partners

GI Partners has agreed to acquire Digita Group from funds managed by an affiliate of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG). Roschier acted for the seller in the transaction.

Digita Group is one of the largest independent, diversified tower and broadcast infrastructure companies in the Nordics, with more than 950 tower sites across Finland and Iceland and a longstanding partnership with Finland’s public broadcaster, Yle.

Since 2018, Digita Group has scaled from approximately 200 tower sites to over 950, while accelerating growth in its data centre and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms. Following the acquisition, Digita Group will continue to operate as an independent company within GI Partners’ portfolio, leveraging GI Partners’ support, expertise, and experience. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
