Cibus acquires large portfolio of retail properties

Roschier advises Cibus Real Estate AB (publ) on the acquisition of a large portfolio of retail properties in Finland.

The properties are predominantly leased to daily goods tenants such as Tokmanni and Lidl and located in established areas where the underlying operations perform well. The acquisition both enhances the quality of Cibus’ portfolio and increases the company’s earnings per share.
