Lauri Heikkola’s experience includes advising:
- Kojamo plc and its wholly owned subsidiary Lumo Kodit Oy in the landmark acquisition of a large Finnish housing portfolio owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company as well as financing of the transaction through issuance of special rights entitling to shares and acquisition financing facility of EUR 600 million;
- Mandatum in its launch of a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing to invest in residential properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with an initial acquisition of around 360 units across seven high-quality residential properties located in fast-growing areas within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa;
- Cibus in the acquisition of six Finnish daily-goods properties for an underlying property value of approx. EUR 61.4 million through two separate transactions;
- HGR Property Partners’s divestment of two major development projects in Helsinki and Espoo to Public Property Invest ASA;
- Renewable Power Capital on its acquisition of Njordr’s onshore wind and solar development business in Sweden and Finland;
- The seller in the sale of the Skanssi shopping center located in Turku, Finland;
- Renewable Power Capital in the acquisition of BESS project in Finland from ib vogt; and
- Blackstone in the acquisition of an urban logistics portfolio comprising 22 assets and valued at EUR 135 million.
