Olof Traung is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate specializing in intellectual property, dispute resolution, marketing & consumer matters and trade secrets. He advises clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Olof’s experience includes representing clients in arbitration, litigation, and adjudication proceedings, as well as administrative appeals across a wide range of industries. Additionally, Olof has experience from working with Roschier’s Private M&A practice, having represented both private equity sponsors and corporate investors in various Nordic and cross-border transactions. He is a registered UPC representative and represents clients in both patent infringement and invalidation proceedings before the Unified Patent Court. Olof joined Roschier in 2018.
