Johannes Ahti is a Partner in the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice. He has extensive experience in debt finance transactions from acquisition and other event-driven financing to refinancing and financial restructuring, with a focus on leveraged finance (including leveraged loans, direct lending, private debt, and high-yield bonds), real assets debt (including real estate and infrastructure finance), and corporate debt (including investment grade and listed company finance).
