Johan Erlandsson’ experience includes advising:
- The syndicate of lenders in connection with Peab’s entry into a new SEK 8 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility;
- Citi in connection with the financing of Brookfield’s acquisition of a residential portfolio, branded Unity Living, comprising approximately 1,300 units in Sweden and Finland;
- in connection with Salmon Group’s initial USD 60 million senior secured bond issue and subsequent USD 50 million tap issue;
- KKR in its forward funding of a new multifamily development in Täby;
- BW ESS in connection with a green loan agreement with Nordea in order to finance a 211 MW operational BESS portfolio including 14 large-scale BESS facilities in Sweden.
