Jens Sandberg is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate specialized in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes and compulsory redemption proceedings. Jens’ other focus areas are marketing & consumer law and regulatory matters related to products directed to consumers such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverages, and motor vehicles.
Jens has experience from acting as counsel in arbitration proceedings and before national courts, as well as in administrative appeals. Apart from dispute resolution work Jens has experience also in non-contentious intellectual property matters such as transactional intellectual property work and licensing.
Jens regularly advises clients in various types of marketing & consumer law and regulatory matters including marketing campaigns, consumer contracts, product information requirements and sector-specific prerequisites for market entry.
