Elias Tuomainen is a member of Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring practice. His experience covers advising international and Finnish banks, real estate funds, financial institutions and private equity funds with financing transactions including real estate, acquisition and project finance.
Prior to joining Roschier in 2025, Elias was working for another law firm in Finland.

Elias Tuomainen’s experience includes advising:
- A club of Nordic lenders in connection with Nobia AB (publ)’s refinancing and bridge facility;
- A club of Nordic lenders in connection with a new facilities agreement entered into by Teqt Group AB, a portfolio company of Aspira Partners;
- Oatly’s refinancing and issue of SEK 1.7 billion senior secured bonds;
- KKR and RWK BidCo in their SEK 11.6 billion public offer for Biotage.
