- Brocc Finance and Intrum on their acquisition of a SEK 4 billion non-performing loan portfolio from Entercard;
- Bonnier Books in its acquisition of Nextory;
- Telia on its acquisition of CapMan Infra’s stake in Valokuitunen, a transaction carried out together with Brookfield;
- CVC on the extension of its partnership with Ahlsell through selected group of blue-chip investors joining Ahlsell’s shareholder base; and
