Arvid Hed is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring practice. Arvid has a wide range of experience advising international banks, financial institutions, private equity investors, real estate funds and large corporates with cross-border and domestic financing transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project financing, fund financing, corporate loans, asset backed financings as well as sustainable finance and general corporate law matters. Arvid’s experience also includes bonds within, e.g., the real estate and renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Roschier in 2026, Arvid was working for another law firm in Stockholm.
