- Pareto Securities AB as sole global coordinator, and Pareto Securities AB and ABG Sundal Collier ASA as joint bookrunners, in connection with NES Fircroft Bondco AS’s USD 650 million issuance of senior secured callable bonds under a framework of USD 1.25 billion;
- Consortium led by Wallenberg Investments on Stegra’s EUR 1.4 billion financing round;
- in connection with Salmon Group’s initial USD 60 million senior secured bond issue and subsequent USD 50 million tap issue;
- Arctic Securities and Danske Bank as the joint bookrunners, on FSN Capital portfolio company BoldR Group’s issuance of EUR 110 million senior secured bonds;
- Klarna on its USD 1.37 billion IPO;
- Colony Real Estate in its mandatory offer for the shares in Fleming Properties;
- Atlas Luxco in its cash offers in Sweden and the United States for Millicom International Cellular; and
- Slättö Core+ in the EUR 300 million acquisition of Estea Omsorgsfastigheter’s public use portfolio.
