Verda raises USD 117 million in new funding to build AI cloud infrastructure

Roschier advised Verda (formerly DataCrunch) in raising new financing to accelerate its product development and expansion into new markets.

The financing round was led by Lifeline Ventures, with participation from byFounders, Tesi, Varma, and certain other investors, while debt financing was provided by a group of Nordic financial institutions.

The proceeds enable Verda to launch into new markets, including the United Kingdom and the United States, and to significantly grow its team. Roschier has previously advised on Verda’s Series A funding round.
