Urban Partners sells prime logistics portfolio

Roschier advised Urban Partners in its sale of three prime logistics terminals to Logian. The portfolio has a total lettable area of approximately 80,000 sqm and comprises three large and modern assets located in Vantaa, Lempäälä and Lieto.

The assets are fully leased to DSV on long-term lease agreements and are located at key freight transport hubs forming the backbone of DSV’s Finnish distribution network. The Vantaa terminal also serves as DSV’s headquarters in Finland. The modern and energy efficient logistics terminals have an EPC rating of A as well as BREEAM Excellent certification.
