Urban Partners sells large Finnish logistics portfolio
Recent work|October 1, 2026
Roschier advises Urban Partners in its sale of ten prime logistics assets in Finland to Catena, the Swedish-listed logistics property company, for approximately EUR 191 million. The portfolio comprises approximately 142,300 sqm of logistics space across key logistics locations in Finland, with the majority located in the Helsinki-Tampere-Turku triangle.
The transaction highlights strong demand for modern logistics assets in strategic locations across the Nordic region and Finland’s robust fundamentals as a logistics market, supported by resilient occupier demand and established infrastructure. The tenants of the portfolio include well-established logistics operators such as DSV, Posti and Warasto Finland. Energy efficiency and technical performance are central to the long-term value of the assets: most have EPC A ratings and are BREEAM-certified, and the buildings use renewable energy solutions and modern technical systems to support both energy efficiency and operational performance.
Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Antti-Jussi Partanen, Martti Ylinen, Iiro Laitinen, Roosa Kellokumpu, Milja Stålhand, and Charlotta Grandell.
