The Finnish trademark system is undergoing the biggest reformation since 1964. The Government bill for a new Trademarks Act was published on 18 October 2018, and the new Trademarks Act is expected to enter into force in the beginning of the year 2019. The new Trademarks Act will introduce major changes to the existing system.

Come and hear what the biggest changes are, and how they may impact your brand protection activities.

In addition, our breakfast seminar will cover some recent relevant trademark case law, as well as give insights on how the constantly challenging trademark clearance process is tackled by a large globally operating company.
