Trimco Group (UK) Limited has completed its recommended public cash offer for Nilörngruppen

Trimco Group (UK) Limited, a portfolio company of Brookfield, has successfully completed its public cash offer to the shareholders of Nilörngruppen AB (publ). The Offer values Nilörngruppen at approximately SEK 878 million. The board of directors of Nilörngruppen has recommended that Nilörngruppen’s shareholders accept the offer. Roschier represents the offeror in connection with the transaction.

The company delivers design, production and labelling solutions, packaging and traceability systems, producing more than 1.5 billion labels annually.  Nilörngruppen holds an attractive position in the global branding and identification solutions segment, supported by its capabilities in digital printing technology, RFID integration and smart labelling solutions.
