Roschier advised Trevian in negotiating an asset management agreement with Sagax for the redevelopment of Nokia’s former 70,000 sqm facilities in Oulu
Trevian Asset Management and the Swedish-listed property investor AB Sagax have entered into an agreement to manage and redevelop Nokia’s former extensive facilities comprising close to 70,000 square meters with significant remaining development rights. Trevian and Sagax will work together to reposition the campus for its next long-term use.
The redevelopment forms a part of Trevian’s wider strategy in Northern Finland, which centers on maintaining the long-term viability of major properties as the industrial, digital and logistics sectors continue to develop.
Roschier’s advisory team comprised Mika Alanko and Helinä Pohto.
