Mika Alanko’s experience includes advising:

• Mandatum in its launch of a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing to invest in residential properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with an initial acquisition of around 360 units across seven high-quality residential properties located in fast-growing areas within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa;
• Trevian in negotiating an asset management agreement with Sagax for the redevelopment of Nokia’s former 70,000 sqm facilities in Oulu;
• Slättö in the acquisition of seven Finnish light industrial properties located in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa;
• Cibus in the acquisition of six Finnish daily-goods properties for an underlying property value of approx. EUR 61.4 million through two separate transactions;
• HGR Property Partners’s divestment of two major development projects in Helsinki and Espoo to Public Property Invest ASA;
