Three senior promotions reinforce our capital markets, M&A and compliance expertise

Three lawyers in our Stockholm office have been promoted to Partner and Principal Associate roles, effective from 1 June 2026.

The promotions reflect Roschier’s continued investment in developing our expertise across the firm, including in capital markets, M&A, employment, and corporate investigations and compliance.

New Partners as of 1 June 2026: 
 
Emelie Zellmer, Senior Associate, M&A, advises on private M&A and private equity transactions with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. She regularly acts for private equity sponsors, infrastructure investors, and industrial clients on complex acquisitions, divestments, and corporate matters. Emelie has significant experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors where she frequently handles large-scale domestic and cross-border transactions, including joint ventures and development projects, and advises clients on the full range of associated corporate and commercial matters. 

Tilda Rosengren, Senior Associate, Corporate & Capital Marketsspecializes in equity capital markets, public M&A, and corporate advisory. She advises listed companies, sponsors, and shareholders on complex public transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, public offers, and recapitalizations. Tilda has extensive experience leading large-scale capital markets processes and regularly acts for major Swedish and international clients in high-profile transactions. She is recognized for her strong project management skills and availability throughout complex deal processes.

Andreas Hallbeck, Senior Associate, Corporate Investigations & Compliance, has extensive experience in leading internal investigations into suspected breaches of law or company policy, and in advising on corporate liability issues. He frequently advises clients on anti-corruption, corporate crime and compliance matters, often in cross-border settings, and works closely with in-house legal and compliance teams at listed Nordic companies. He is also experienced in dispute resolution, having acted as counsel in arbitration and litigation proceedings, and in transactional matters. Andreas is a trusted adviser on sensitive and high-stakes compliance matters and is central to the firm’s strategic focus on its growing Corporate Investigations & Compliance practice.
