Roschier has advised DNB Carnegie as sole bookrunner in respect of Clar Global AB’s successful issuance of SEK 450 million senior secured bonds in relation to its acquisition of Lendo Group from Vend Marketplaces ASA underwritten by DNB Carnegie.
