Saka acquires Suomen Autohuolto

Roschier advises SAKA Finland Group Oy in its acquisition of Suomen Autohuolto Oy, one of the leading Finnish providers of full-service vehicle maintenance services and spare parts retailer operating in Oulu and Tampere and, from July, also in Järvenpää.

The acquisition supports Saka’s expansion into automotive lifecycle services by adding maintenance and repair activities to its existing operations, broadening its service offering across the vehicle lifecycle.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and certain other customary closing conditions.

Roschier’s team was led by Jouni Salmi and core deal team members included Amanda Sandberg, David Strauss, Andreas Bussman, Sampsa Myllymäki, Ami Paanajärvi, and Hanna-Mari Immonen.
