Roschier represented Aleris in its divestment of primary care centers

Aleris has sold primary care units, comprising of eleven healthcare centers and three rehabilitation centers in Stockholm and Uppsala, to healthcare company Lideta.

Roschier’s advisory team comprised Malin Leffler, Björn Johansson Heigis, Alexander Landolsi, Alexander Yeibio and Therese Almgren.
