Roschier has been recognized at the 2026 Managing IP EMEA Awards, receiving three accolades that highlight the firm’s position in the Nordic IP market and its capabilities in cross-border patent litigation.
This year, Roschier was again named Nordic Firm of the Year, reflecting the firm’s consistent excellence across jurisdictions and our strong track record in complex, high-value IP matters. In addition, the firm received two European awards in cross-border patent litigation, for its work in the following impact cases:
- Europe Cross-Border Patent Litigation Team of the Year: Takeda
- Europe Cross-Border Patent Litigation Team of the Year: Astellas (Xtandi)
These awards underscore Roschier’s ability to manage sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional disputes for leading global clients.
“The recognition we received this year reflects the precision and consistency of our cross-border work,” says Mikael Segercrantz. “Handling complex patent disputes across multiple jurisdictions requires not only technical excellence, but also seamless collaboration. These awards are a direct result of that collective effort and the trust our clients place in us.”
Roschier partners Mikael Segercrantz and Johanna Lilja, and Counsel Susanne Mellqvist attended the Managing IP Awards gala in London to receive the awards on behalf of the firm.
