Roschier assisted Trevian with the sale of a residential development project to Peab and Ålandsbanken fund
The Peab and Ålandsbanken Asuntorahasto Special Investment Fund has acquired an office property in central Tapiola, Finland, from Trevian Asset Management and private investors. Roschier represented Trevian in the transaction.
The property is in a central urban area in Tapiola, Espoo, close to a shopping center and metro station. The existing office building on the property will be demolished and replaced with a residential development of several buildings, based on an area plan developed by Trevian.
