Roschier advises consortium led by Advent and Cinven on KONE–TK Elevator combination

Our team advises the Advent and Cinven-led consortium on Finnish law aspects of the proposed combination of TK Elevator (TKE) and KONE.

The cash and share transaction values TKE at an enterprise value of EUR 29.4 billion and would create a world-class company in the elevator and escalator industry.

Roschier’s mandate covered Finnish corporate, capital markets, transactional and tax matters. Completion is expected earliest in Q2 2027, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
