Roschier advised Sval Energi in its acquisition of half of a Finnish wind farm project
Sval Energi has acquired 50% of the Metsälamminkangas wind farm project from Lundin Petroleum. Sval Energi’s part of the project is worth USD 100 million, which includes acquisition cost and future capital expenditure. Roschier acted as local counsel to Sval Energi.
The Metsälamminkangas wind farm is located in Vaala, Finland and will consist of 24 wind turbines with a total capacity of 132 MW when it starts its operations in 2022. It is being developed and constructed by OX2 AB, and will after completion also be operated by OX2.
