ŌURA raises USD 900 million Series E financing, valuing the company at USD 11 billion

Roschier advised ŌURA, the leading smart ring manufacturer, in securing over USD 900 million in Series E financing. The investment values ŌURA at approximately USD 11 billion and is the largest ever equity financing round raised by a Finnish growth company.

ŌURA successfully secured investments from a group of investors led by Fidelity Management & Research Company, with significant participation from new investor ICONIQ. 

Beyond the fundraising activities over the recent years, ŌURA has partnered with Roschier across multiple practice areas, benefiting from the firm’s full-service capabilities and deep technology sector experience.
