Oatly’s completes refinancing and issues SEK 1.7 billion senior secured bonds

Roschier has advised the banks in connection with a SEK 750 million super senior revolving credit facility and Oatly’s issuance of SEK 1.7 billion floating rate senior secured bonds due 2029.

Oatly is the world’s original and largest oat drink company. Its products are available in thousands of retail stores, coffee shops and restaurants in more than 50 countries worldwide.
