Roschier has advised Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige in connection with the financing and refinancing of the Nordtech Group in connection with its initial public offering and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Nordtech is a Swedish software group focused on mission-critical B2B software solutions through the development and acquisition of Nordic companies.

The Roschier team comprised Niklas Eriksson, Jon Pettersson, Jacob Gustafsson, and Maja Hammarland.
